How long do your items take to ship?

-Pens have already been made and will ship within 1-2 business days. Rings are made to order and will ship within 1-2 weeks. Please contact us if you need your order expedited.

How durable are your rings?

-Our rings are made using the bentwood method which means that the wood fibers are wrapped all the way around the ring, making it very strong and durable. Additionally, the finish we use penetrates and coats the wood, offering additional strength and protection. No ring is invincible. If you treat your ring with care, it will remain beautiful for years to come. Regularly submerging your ring in water will cause the finish to degrade over time, so it is best to remove it before swimming or doing the dishes, but it is completely waterproof and the odd splash of water won't hurt it. Avoid using products like chemical cleaners or nail polish remover while wearing your ring, as these will rapidly degrade the finish.

How do I know what size ring to order?

-It is very important that you order the correct size for your ring. Many jewelers will provide a sizing for free, and it is best to obtain a sizing from several different jewelers at different times of the day to obtain an average. Otherwise, inexpensive ring sizing kits can easily be found online for under $10 and it is well worth this small expense to receive a properly fitted ring.

What is your cancellation, return, and exchange policy?

-Pens may be cancelled at any time until they are shipped.
-Rings may be cancelled for free within 24 hours. Rings may be cancelled after 24 hours for a 30% fee until they are shipped.

-Pens may be returned for refund within 30 days of delivery. Please see individual product description for more details.
-Rings are made to order and we are not able to offer returns. We do offer a discount on a replacement ring if you order the wrong size; please see individual product description for more details.

-We do not offer exchanges.
