Each ring is made to order and the exact wood grain of your ring will differ slightly from the ring pictured. The ring pictured is size 9 1/2 with an 8mm band. Your ring will arrive in a black gift box.
Ring Sizing
It is very important that you order the correct size for your ring. Many jewelers will provide a sizing for free, and it is best to obtain a sizing from several different jewelers at different times of the day to obtain an average. Otherwise, inexpensive ring sizing kits can easily be found online for under $10 and it is well worth this small expense to receive a properly fitted ring. Unfortunately we are not able to resize this type of ring because of the stainless steel core, and we are not able to offer returns as each ring is made to order. However, if you order the wrong size, we will make you another ring in the same style for 50% regular price. You must order the replacement ring within 30 days of delivery.
Durability
Our rings are made using the bentwood method which means that the wood fibers are wrapped all the way around the ring, making it very strong and durable. Additionally, the finish we use penetrates and coats the wood, offering additional strength and protection. No ring is invincible. If you treat your ring with care, it will remain beautiful for years to come. Regularly submerging your ring in water will cause the finish to degrade over time, so it is best to remove it before swimming or doing the dishes, but it is completely waterproof and the odd splash of water won't hurt it. Avoid using products like chemical cleaners or nail polish remover while wearing your ring, as these will rapidly degrade the finish.
Refunds and Returns
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues or concerns with your order. As each ring is made to order we are unfortunately not able to offer returns or exchanges, except as described above with regard to sizing. Cancellation within 24 hours is free. After 24 hours cancellation is available for a 30% fee until the ring is shipped, after which cancellation is not available.
